LVMH Watch Week Sets Its Sights on Los Angeles for 2025 Edition
LVMH Watch Week is gearing up for its most significant edition yet as it prepares to land in Los Angeles in January 2025. Traditionally an intimate gathering focused on specialist watch editors and retail partners, the event is set to harness Los Angeles’ glitzy backdrop for broader global coverage. With the inclusion of Hollywood influencers, the event aims to capture the attention of a wider audience through vibrant social media interactions.
The 2025 showcase marks the sixth edition of LVMH Watch Week, which initially debuted in Dubai in 2020. This launch was strategically timed during a period of industry upheaval, with major events like Baselworld and SIHH undergoing transformations. Since then, LVMH Watch Week has traveled from Dubai to Singapore and Miami, adapting its format in response to global circumstances, including the pandemic.
Next year’s event in Los Angeles promises to be a grand affair with nine of LVMH’s watchmaking maisons participating, including three new additions: Louis Vuitton, Tiffany & Co., and L’Epée 1839. These brands will join the ranks of Bulgari, Hublot, TAG Heuer, Zenith, Daniel Roth, and Gérald Genta, all under the auspices of LVMH’s La Fabrique Du Temps facility in Geneva.
Scheduled to take place from January 21 to 24, the event will be hosted in the neighborhood of Bel Air. The 2025 edition aims to set a new standard for the event, leveraging the significant market presence of Swiss watches in the U.S., which continues to show resilience even as other markets experience volatility.
As LVMH Watch Week continues to evolve, offering a first glimpse at the year’s upcoming trends and innovations in watchmaking. With a lineup that boasts such extensive brand participation and a strategic focus on engaging content and interactions, the Los Angeles edition is poised to kick off the new year with a distinctive flair that highlights the artistry and craftsmanship of LVMH’s horological offerings.
